The man behind the plan, Robert Bigelow, has dreamed of creating a planet-orbiting hotel for years and is hopeful that his dream will soon be a reality.  And after investing $500 million of his personal fortune into the project, we hope it does too (for his bank manager’s health)!

With guests able to experience weightlessness while viewing the stars and planets, this really is one heavenly hotel! However, if you fancy a stay, you’d better start saving: it’s going to cost you $1 million a night!
