OK, so it might not be a genuine winter wonderland but we defy anyone not to be charmed by this brilliantly bonkers hotel!

Whilst filming in Japan, the production team decided to experience some off-season festive cheer, with a visit to the Hotel Christmas Chapel. This cheeky ‘love hotel’ offers couples the chance to cosy up in a Christmas themed room – but don’t worry, you’re unlikely to be visited by a jolly old man during the night!

I guess you will have heard of the old lady who lived in the shoe… well, the good news is, she and all her kids have moved on! The place is now vacant and ready to receive visitors! But only two at a time, mind!
Tasman’s Boot Bed ‘n’ Breakfast is an intimate haven made just for two. And inside this New Zealand novelty, you’ll find a roaring fireplace, under floor heating, a double bed, cosy sofa for two, two champagne glasses… need I say more?!
