If you described someone you knew as “bubbly” you probably mean to say they are annoying! But, by describing Eastern France’s Museumotel in such terms, you are simply being honest, as its nine buildings are literally… bubbles!
Originally designed by the 1960s architect, Pascal Haüsermann, the bubbles are now fully-contained motel rooms each with a different theme. Get arty in the Warhol-esq ‘Pop Art’, chill-out in the peaceful ‘Zen’ or do what comes naturally in the ‘Love’ bubble!
This motel offers a great mix of relaxation and art. As you get comfortable in the designer furniture, viewing the paintings and sculptures from the comfort of your own room, it’s like making yourself at home in a modern museum.
