Kasbah Tamadot, Morocco

During a ballooning expedition in 1998, Richard Branson was so impressed by the Kasbah Tamadot that he bought it! And, if it’s good enough for a billionaire, then it’s good enough for Weird & Wonderful Hotels!  And they don’t come much more wonderful than this!

Guests can choose between the hotel’s standard rooms (although there’s nothing ‘standard’ about these!)  Or, for the more outdoorsy types, maybe one of the six luxurious Berber Tented Suites on offer, all of which are uniquely decorated using traditional Moroccan furnishings and antiques.

There are so many activities on offer we aren’t able to fit them all in here, but to give you a taster… three golf courses, hot air ballooning, off-roading, mountain biking, horse-riding, yoga, tennis, game viewing tours and various spa treatments. And we haven’t even discussed the restaurants and bars!  Oh, and not forgetting the three mules and two camels that reside here as well!
